About Flexible Fume Arms

We offer a comprehensive range of flexible fume arms from standard arms suitable for trapping airborne contaminants to welding arms capable of handling fume, smoke, grinding dust and oil mist.
Our hose arms provide a cost effective method of capturing airborne pollutants including welding fume, smoke and light dust.
Our range covers telescopic  and stainless steel arms, as well as extension booms and double pivot booms which are temperature resistant to 80 degrees.

Standard Fume Extraction Arms

We supply fume extraction arms which are one of the most advanced and heavy-duty devices available used to capture airborne contaminates which are a danger to your workforce.
Fume Arms can be used in applications such as welding fume/smoke, grinding or polishing dust, oil mist as well as many other airborne pollutants.
Each arm has a unique construction with lightweight aluminium die cast components giving maximum strength and durability.
Smoothbore tube construction and external pivot joints minimise resistance giving maximum performance at the hood with a butterfly damper fitted as standard to regulate airflow.

Choice of: spun aluminium hood with air diverter 360°Grab handle; Integral air control damper; Durable powder coated finish ; Hanging or Standing Versions available; and ATEX compliant arms available.

Stainless Steel Arms

Most versatile, durable and economical method of at-source air pollution capture.
Smooth stainless steel tubes, flexible hoses and external joints make it easy to move and keep the arm in position for required time.
Available in 75, 100, 125, 160 and 200 diameters.
Various lengths 1 to 4 m available in Hanging and standing models.

Hose Arms

Hose arms  are a cost-effective method of capturing airborne contaminants in less demanding applications such as welding fume/smoke and light dust.
The internal support mechanism is shrouded with PVC hose as standard and an aluminium capture hood with grab handle allows the arm to be positioned close to the contaminant source.

Hanging and Standing versions available   -   Spun aluminium hood with grab handle   -   PVC flexible hoses as standard (temperature resistance up to 80°C)   -   Durable powder coated finish

Telescopic Arms

Telescopic extraction arms are designed for use in areas where space is limited,  we can supply and install the most advanced heavy duty devices available to enable safe capture of airborne contaminates at the source.

Applications include welding fume/smoke, grinding or polishing dust and oil mist as well as many other airborne pollutants.
Each arm has a unique construction with lightweight aluminium die cast components giving maximum strength and durability. Smooth sliding tube construction and external supports minimise
resistance giving maximum performance at the hood with a butterfly damper fitted as standard to regulate airflow as necessary
